I booked a ride for a friend and pre-paid the cost,gratuity, etc ($52) ahead of time, etc. He was going to Phoenix from Tucson, one way, at 3:35 AM. We got a call around 6pm the night before stating that since he was the only one on the shuttle, there would be an additional $35 fee - this is NOT obvious on the website, tho it is on the receipt - BEWARE!!! I asked him to wait 15 - 20 minutes for a call back from me (I wanted to try another service) and he wouldn't wait, saying he had to call the night driver RIGHT NOW! Because this was
