Review
Ordered a caramel frappuccino and received a poorly blended frappuccino that tasted bad. To top it off it did not have any caramel in it and I lost 4.50 As a result, I called and spoke to the shift manager who gave her name as Sarah. After mentioning my earlier experince she preceded to tell me that there was nothing she could do about it and then said she had to go due to a large line in the store. I felt like I just held a short conversation with a freshman sorority girl who pushed the word "like" every other word. Maybe a sorry. No! Sigh.
