I have rented from there for 3 years and went to my unit to find it was infested with Rats. There was rat hairs and tons of Rat poo and pee all over my furniture. So of course it was ruined. I waited for over two weeks for the Manager to return my phone call. When I finally got her on the phone I got no apology. She even admitted that she had known about the problem for the past 4 months!! I asked her why she hadn't even notified anybody when she found the rats and she couldn't give me a direct answer.
