I made my appointment at noon,I got there 2 mins late, I walked in and the designer was on the phone, he made me stood there for at least 3 mins to wait for him to finish the call then he hung up, pointed the clock which is already 5 mins later, told me he made another appointment already because I'm 5 mins late and he isn't sure if I'm are coming or not, so he book another customer that needs color instead of haircut so he can make more money. The man did not even apologize, he act like I deserve it. I just move in to the area so not sure how hai
