I made my appointment at noon,I got there 2 mins late, I walked in and the designer was on the phone, he made me stood there for at least 3 mins to wait for him to finish the call then he hung up, pointed the clock which is already 5 mins later, told me he made another appointment already because I'm 5 mins late and he isn't sure if I'm are coming or not, so he book another customer that needs color instead of haircut so he can make more money.
