You know that you are always on the watch for an experience where an electrician or a plumber or another contractor with whom you trade regularly, may take advantage of the opportunity to either show you their appreciation for your continued patronage, or to really burn you badly when given the opportunity. Well such was a recent experience with H&K. I have relied on their counsel and fairness for over 10 yrs. That is until recently when I needed my check engine light scanned. They took the 10 mins to do it. And then billed me $94 TO SCAN THE ENGINE FOR AN ERROR CODE!! And
