This company is the WORST utilities company I have ever used. The past year has been a horrible year in using them as my water/sewage ompany. Unfortunately in Queen Creek you have no choice but to use this company, but BEWARE!! The company charges "privalege fees" in order to use their service because and I quote "Queen Creek was suppossed to be bigger and we were expecting a larger community, so we have to charge you just to use our service". After paying a $250 deposit they still charge "a water minimum" of $27.00 per month and a "sewage fee minimum" of $38.50 per month.
