Leblanc Eye Center has bad business ethics. They turned me over to the Credit Bureau. I ordered contacts which I payed a deposit and I never picked them up. The account manager told me their vendor gives them 90 days to return the contacts and get a refund. She said I should have called and canceled the order. Their business should have had a policy in place to return the item if the product is not picked up within 90 days. They turned me over for $129 and they refuse to take me off the Credit Bureau list.
