I went to see Mike on an issue with the o/d off light flashing on/off along with hard shifting. Mike welcomed me and took his time diagnosing the issue. About 25 mins later Mike closed my hood, did a brief test ride and said 'I think we got you taken care of'! I was so excited as I asked him what the issue was and he explained, The TPS was not connecting properly to fire therefore, the correct signal was not flowig through'. I am thankful for Mike and so appreciated his expertise and how he made me feel as if my little issue was a priority. You cannot go wrong
