Professional Nursing Placement Services, Inc. (PNPS, Inc.) provides clients with private home care services. PNPS, Inc. is a family owned and operated company, started in 1977 by Mari-Jo Harney, (RN & BSN) due to an overwhelming need for private care in the metro-west area of Boston. The company employs Registered Nurses (RN’s), Licensed Practiced Nurses (LPN’s), Home Health Aides, and Companions, or a combination of all of the above. We provide clients with individually assesed home care services within the patient’s home or within an assisted living facility. In today’s home health care industry, each client’s health needs are unique and specific to their personal situation. The agency and each nurse, aide, and companion, communicate with each other as well as with the patient’s family to ensure the highest level of comfort to meet the client's needs. Our most important role is to recognize each client's individual care plan and match the most qualified nurse or companion who will meet those needs.
