Terrible customer service. Received two email confirmations. Flowers not delivered on friend's birthday. I was angry and very upset because I was recuperating from surgery and could not be there to celebrate the birthday. When I called to complain, the owner hung up on me, twice. No way to treat customers. Very unprofessional. Will NEVER do business with them again. (if this site would let me, they'd get no stars)
