I took a dress there to get it hemmed just a little shorter. He wouldn't tell me how much he charges at first, and then he told me that it depends on the time, fabric, blah blah blah, and when I finally got it out of him he said he charges $48/ hour and it'll take him AT LEAST an hour to hem my dress.
