Not reliable. Insists on taking a big deposit. Then doesn't show up for months. Schedules. Reschedules. Then just works part of day - leaves the job to work another job. And makes the first homeowner wait again. Poor clean-up after work is done. Takes on too much work (and $) and cannot fulfill. Owner MIA.
