Contacted Mike for information for how to get started and very quickly got the answers I needed. A few weeks later called again to get started on the plans. The 3d views were great. It took about 2 weeks to get the first set of prints. After reviewing the plans we wanted to make several changes. It took a little over a week to get our final plans. Everything looked great.
