The Bar Method gives 88 one hour classes set to music per week of rigorous mind body exercises that tone and slim your body, increase your strength and stamina, produce long lean muscles, produce flexibility, and improve your posture. Our caring teachers are highly trained and give each student hands on attention and assistance. Each student works at his or her own level in a non-competitive environment. The Bar Method is result oriented in that you will see changes in your body and abilities within a short period of time.
