Warning!! Do not take obedience classes at Happy Dog! I signed up for puppy classes ($125.00). At the second lesson, Lisa demonstrated a technique that included slipping my hands under the puppy's collar and looking in him the eye and stating, "I'm the BOSS." I did this the next evening at home when he was acting up and he bit me in the face. I talked to at least six dog trainers who were shocked at this technique, saying that this should never be done - it simply challenges the dog. My puppy and I are now recovering in another obedience class.
