Very rude office manager. They mixed up mine and my daughters appt and made no effort to fix it. The office manager was very impolite, cocky and rude. Even other patients sitting in the room where shaking their heads. This Dr. is going to lose a lot of patients due to her staffs arrogance and rudeness. I am one of them!
