Agnes's bookkeeping is awful! She doesn't keep accurate books and often doesn't record payments. Consequently she keeps billing incorrectly. She's owed us $95 for 8 months - which we can prove with the checks she cashed. After leaving numerous phone calls and emails to her, she never once responded us. So we are taking her to court and notifying the Mass Better Business Bureau. Additionally, she cancelled our daughters tap class after 5 lessons.
