Back when the Edgewater Cafe was in the hole in the wall next to the liquor store in Magnolia my wife & I had just started dating. We used to head over once every week or two, grab a six pack of something next door and wait in line with the hordes waiting for a chance to indulge in some great Mexican food. The chips were warm and the salsa satisfying, with just enough heat to keep the beer flowing. The fact that we had to sit elbow to elbow with the next table was a just minor inconvenience.
