Review
This studio is, by far, the best place for Pilates near Northampton, MA. Laurie and Katrina have been teaching me Pilates both on the mat and on the apparatus at this studio for years and I'm so excited that they now own it! There are Pilates instructors popping up in Northampton every day it seems but no one is as approachable and as knowledgeable as these guys. Not only are the instructors super warm and welcoming of new people but all their clients are as well. I love their tag line- "strengthening community one core at a time" because it is so true! I lo
