I called the Petsmart in Hiram, GA on Jan. 5, 2012. I had a inquiry on a product. First the phone rang for two minutes before I recieved a pickup from a woman who sounded unhappy and rushed to greet me in a bored voice and put me on hold all before I could even reply to her. I was then on hold for almost six minutes before I again recieved a pickup, from a different woman,who identified herself as the manager, she sounded irritated and grumpy.
