Since I was unemployed, the Texas Work Force Commission sent me a Chase unemployment insurance debit card so when I went to my current bank in Kingwood with whom I had a checking account to cash some funds from this debit card, the bank wanted to charge some fees. So I decided to go to Chase Bank since they were close by and I was surprised with the friendly customer service they have at Chase. No fees - Nothing.
