I was very unhappy with first appointment at Cypress Mill Dental. The dental assistant seemed to be in a hurry and told me I needed a "deep cleaning" that would cost extra. The "deep cleaning" was a single, uncomfortable process with some sort of a water tool. There was no use of the probes or scrape tool and there was no tooth polish at the end. The dental assistant was obviously in a hurry to get somewhere. The procedure seemed much less effective than the normal cleaning and polish my previous dentist performed.
