Horrible! My customer went here to buy their tile for a bathroom remodel. They bought a special glitter additive that goes in to the grout. After the grout had been installed and dried my customer noticed it was not the same color she had picked from samples in the showroom. This was because the salesman mistakenly ordered the wrong color glitter additive. After realizing this was not the color that was intended I began to remove the now dried grout in the shower.
