We took our boat in for a simple estimate from storm damage. When we did not hear back we called to see if it had been done. We were told they could not do some of the repairs. I asked if they could do the estimates on what they could do and refer us for the rest. With some grumbling they said they would do it the next morning. 3 days later we still had not heard from them so we called again.
