Miscommunication can usually be sorted out by people of a calm, friendly nature. However, the staff here was hostile as soon as we walked in the door to inquire about self serve dog wash and grooming. The web site states use of tubs and grooming tables (plural) and no need for appointment...well, the one tub and grooming table were in use when we got there. He seemed confused that we wanted to use tub and grooming table - said usually customers only use the tub and not the grooming table. He said we'd have to wait (which was fine, but I never got the cha
