This Morning My Dad Passed away, and I called O'Connor Funeral Home to Speak a Mr. Robert Potter LFD who was more concerned about his bottom line then he was about assisting my family with our loss. As a Mortuary Science Graduate I would have never treated me. He was Robert Potter LFD who was totally disrespectful from the very start. I could not believe my ears when he answered the funeral homes phone like a person who works in a sandwich shop. There was "No I am Sorry for your loss.
