I have lived her for 5 months and have enjoyed living here. Our townhouse is spacious, with new carpet and paint; maintenance has been quick to check on the few minor problems we have had, and most importantly, it is a quiet and well maintained area. I know there are some shady complexes nearby, but having 2 police officers and a deputy living here helps maintain the peace. There are much worse places to live in Greenville, believe me. I would recommend it to a friend.
