If you have the opportunity to take your vacuum to ANOTHER repair place...do it! My wife and I agree that this was the WORST customer service from this company. We asked about the repair policy and was billed more than we thought was fair. We actually went through the BBB to arbitrate this matter but it would cost us $75 to move forward. I deal with tons of GREAT local business people and I urge you to stay away!
