Review
To make a long story short we are out our 600.00 deposit because we told the apartment manager several times we were leaving and she didn't tell us we had to put it in writing. When we read the copied lease it was on the 3rd page and because it was a copy it was smudged so we didn't catch untill after they kept our deposit. They lost our paperwork at first and we had to give them a copy of our lease. Of course when you ask the apartment manager if she remembers she doesn't. She new we were leaving we had a checkout out appointment and never showed up. We are just
