Review
I ordered flowers for Mother's Day but they screwed up the delivery and it didn't get delivered until Monday. I called to find out what when wrong and they said someone would call me back. No one did. When I called again they said they would refund my card. Now looking at my statement they only issued a partial refund. Despite many chances to make this situation right, or at least less bad, they dropped the ball every time. Go to someone else who knows something about customer service.
