The spring on my garage door broke along with the hook. I called Beltway and asked for a estimate. They told me $65 for the service call and $125 - $160 for the spring. The repair man came the next day while this "dumb broad" was home with two kids. He proceeded to tell me that the wheels for the cable were shot and no longer available and that all the mechanical parts of the door needed to be replaced at a cost of about $550 and that I should get a new door for a cost of about $1450.
