I love there selection of new and used figures. Saying that they under price your trsde ins, and when you bring in your toys to trade there facial expression is like a fat kid in P.E class. First they way under price everything, and half the time they do not even look up each character you bring in. Overall great selection, and descent prices. All you have to do is fire pretty much everyone there and put them in a job where they don't have to interact with people. I think they should work as life coaches.
