Horrible Service... I decided to try Gilbert Tax Center last year because I thought working with the owner of the company would equal good service. Well not the case here. Axel worked with me, I sat there with him while he completed my taxes, so I was an open book. When he finished he printed out my return and told me I owed money to the IRS. I thought that was odd because of the credits and write offs I had, but had just spent over an hour there so I had to leave. I looked it over when I got home and after researching I realized he forgot to add one of my kids. He ha
