I had gone to this office before and had great service, but after this experience I will never go back to this location. I made my appointment 1 week in advance and arrived 10 minutes early. When I got there The receptionist told me that they could not get hold of me at the number they had. The phone number she had written down was correct and there is no way she could not reach me at that number, unless she never tried to call it. Shen then told me it was too late in the day to call my insurance company, I told her no problem I would pay in full. Then she told me she c
