A truck that wouldn't start was towed to my shop. I suspected the engine ECU, and shipped it to BBA for testing. After about a week, they told me nothing was wrong with it, charged $100, and sent it back. Believing that their diagnosis was true, I spent hours trying to find out what else the problem might be. In the end, I installed a different ECU, and the truck started right up. I called BBA about the problem with their service, and was just fobbed off. I paid them for nothing!
