I can't tell you how excited we were to find a DSC service tech (Charles Grone - Sampson Security Buford Ga) in our area. I also can't tell you how disappointed I was to be strung along for the past 5 days by Charles Grone. I'll skip through the last 5 days of "Call me later" "Call me tomorrow and we'll talk" "Call me Monday OK?" etc. and get to today's events. I took off work today to meet Charles Grone.
