The facilities rented from this company was sub-par and not up to standards, but was rented under the VERBAL understanding it would be brought up to an acceptable level. In short it was not, timetables and dates for repair were a gray area with no concrete resolutions put in place.Upon leaving the rental the unit was still not completed as promised and mold and mildew still plaqued the unit. My advice to any customer of this company, GET IT IN WRITING. Do not trust any verbal committments and if you have trouble, place your payments in escrow until repairs are made.
