CPA Scott A. Bills guaranteed to resolve a back tax issue that resulted from a mis-filing. I was limited to 13months to complete the refiling. I followed up with him several times conveying the urgency of the situation and reminding him of the over 3k liability I would incur if he did not follow through. When there was only 6months remaining I requested my original documentation back and offered to pay for any services rendered. Mr. Scott A. Bills would not return my paperwork as requested.
