Very RUDE dispatcher. I've taken this cab a couple of times. They are late and tell you they will be there at one time, you call to check on them and they tell you another ten minutes. I had called for a cab at 1215am to be picked up at 1235am and he told me someone would be there 1245, not later than 1250. I called them at 1149 to check on the cab and he tells me ANOTHER ten minutes. Mind you, it's DECEMBER and it gets very cold at night and there was no where to sit inside while waiting. I kindly brought up that he had told me it wouldn't be later than 1250 an
