This company is horrendous! I was scheduled for service with this company through the store I bought my washer from. They called on my day of service and left a voicemail leaving the WRONG number to call them back and they never showed up. The second time I was scheduled they called to reschedule because they wouldn't be in my area. The third time the extremely rude repairman called me and said he would be there in 10 minutes, despite my initially being told that they would call me 30 minutes in advance. He said if I wasn't there in 10 minutes he wasn't comin
