Stuck in a snowy parking lot just 100-ft off highway 4, my wife called this company and described our predicament in complete detail (I heard all of it and was skeptical they could help us, so we asked again--"are you sure you can help us?") We were told they could "definitely" help us out of the snow with their large tow truck. To be fair, the driver showed up when the dispatch said he would, but he took one look at our situation and told us we were on our own. He then drove off, having offered no help whatsoever. I later found that they had charged my credit card $75
