I moved to Medford many years ago and of course the first thing I did was to investigate the local pizza shops. My second time out I went to a place called %27Joe Pizza%27 %28go figure%29. And to my delight I realized%2C I had struck GOLD%2C%0AThis neighborhood pizza place was making the best I had ever tasted.%0Aand let me tell you I am PICKY. The crust is edible to the last bite%2C not like others%0Awhich vary from cardboard to just an excuse. I asked %27Joe%27 how he made the %0Acrust only to be told that the dough was %27aged%27. Of course he%27s not talking. %0AB
