I Talked to Steve around noon for a pump issue and we set a date and time I gave him my cross streets around 3:30 I received a message that the company does not service my area and they would not be showing up for there appointment. Seeing as it is very important to get my pool serviced I am not stuck until Monday morning because of the irresponsible practice of this company! Seems to me they need to get on the ball they have lost my business and any business that would have come from it!
