I went to this salon because it is near my house. They were supposed to color my hair. The stylist was in a bad mood for some reason, and she clearly didn't want to work on me. She yanked and twisted my hair around her fingers as she put the color on it. It was painful, but she didn't seem to care. She had a bad attitude the whole time, and ended up putting ash on my salt and pepper hair. She rinsed the color out with super hot water. Instead of coloring it blonde, it turned out green. They had to put more chemicals on my hair to correct it, which really dried it ou
