We choose Steckman's Memorial for a headstone after my grandmother passed away. I regret that decision. We paid for half the stone when we pick the one we wanted, after it was engraved we drove up and paid the balance within days of getting the call that it was completed. When the stone was not placed for weeks I made several phone calls as to the timing of the stone being placed.We were informed that the transmission had gone out of their truck and it should be this week, then next week, then any day.
