I am no expert in auto repair , that's for sure, but I certainly am no idiot by any means. I was driving to work this morning in the pouring rain on the Northern State Pkwy. and my windsheild wipers just stopped. I pulled over and played with them to try to get them to go on but it didn't work. Scared and upset, trying my best to see without wipers in the pouring rain, I managed to make my way to a service station, about 5 miles away from where my wiper stopped, which was not opened yet.
