I made an appt for my child with this group a month in advance. I show up to our appointment 20 min early only to be told the appointment was not on the date I came but another date 3 weeks later. I explained that I made the appt myself on for this date and I would not have booked the other date as I was working. I was told there was nothing they could do. Three weeks later the appointment date comes, I missed it due to my other child getting very ill and needing to go to the hospital.
