We had been with this insurance agency for around 7 years or more. After finding a cheaper policy we decided to change insurance agencies. I had made over 8 phone calls regarding the change, 5 faxes of my new policy. I have received numerous bills from them because they never went in and canceled. As a result we are getting notices from our leinholder and RMV saying our vehicle registration is being revoked for non payment when we bought a policy a week prior to Morin's renewal.
