My husband and I hired Highlands Gourmet to cater our September wedding. From our initial meeting, we felt completely comfortable in letting them handle everything - and they did not disappoint. They worked with our "upscale bbq" theme and came up with a menu that was exactly what we were looking for. The food was delicious, and our guests were raving about it long after our wedding was over. I absolutely recommend using Highlands Gourmet for any event in the future, as we certainly will continue to.
