I wish to compliment the sales staff of Barton's hardware and building supplies department in Jonesboro, Arkansas. I went into the store last Friday, Oct. 23, 2009, in search of a replacement for my front door lock and knob and was greeted by Tommy of the sales staff, who, when he heard about my situation, offered to see if he might be able to repair the broken knob.
